WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order, we collect the information you give us: name, email address, shipping address, and payment details (handled by our payment processor — we never see your full card number).

If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address. That's it.

We use basic analytics to understand how people use the site (pages visited, rough location). No personal identifying information is tied to that data.

HOW WE USE IT

Order information is used to process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to contact you about it if something comes up.

Email list signups are used to send updates about new gear and drops. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except the services we need to run the store (payment processor, fulfillment partner, email provider).

THIRD PARTIES

We use a small number of third-party services to run SIDEBAND:

• Stripe— payment processing
• Snipcart — shopping cart
• Cloudflare — hosting and DNS
• Printful — order production and shipping
• MailerLite — email list management

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. They only receive the information needed to do their job.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and request corrections or deletion.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For any material changes, we'll give a heads up via the email list.
