You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Standard flat rate of $10 CAD on orders under $100.

Currently shipping to Canada only.

CanadaTypically 14–16 business days total from order, including production. Tracking emailed once shipped.

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size chart before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email orders@sideband.ca within 14 days with photos and we'll sort it out.
